Key Role and Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain critical and non-critical data center infrastructure, equipment and systems.
- Receive and execute work orders for preventative and corrective maintenance on critical systems, electrical systems and building physical structure.
- Conduct routine inspections on the equipment rooms, data center, UPS room and production areas.
- Monitor and assess all equipment and installations in the facility to ensure that they are in good working condition.
- Coordinate with building administration to ensure common area and list services are efficiently provided to clients.
- Monitor housekeeping program for assigned facility aligned to client requirements, NTT standards and industry best practices.
- Coordinate with client on housekeeping schedule and specialized work (Carpet, cleaning pest control).
- Assist with reporting of facility management operations and required metric reports to management.
- Assist in arranging security guidelines for security and closed-circuit television for client approval.
- Monitor power, cooling capacity, and environmental conditions within the data halls.
- Work with a team of CFTs to deliver total availability (100% uptime) while minimizing risks.
- Troubleshoot and document technical issues, escalates as appropriate, and ensure issue resolution.
- Maintain strict adherence to change control activities.
- Adhere to all local and relevant safety laws, corporate governance and principles, etc.
Knowledge, skills and attributes:
- Familiar with building management systems (BMS/EPMS) and data collection.
- Understanding of the engineering design and operational aspect of all electrical systems.
- Able to adapt to changes in the work environment; manage competing demands; change approach or method to best fit the situation.
- Eager to respond promptly to customer needs and solicit customer feedback to improve service.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Ensure the infrastructure/platform is configured, installed, tested and operational as per requirements.
- Provide End-user Computing support to clients which includes provisioning, asset management, monitoring, implementation, troubleshooting and support for End-user Computing operations and related infrastructure.

- Upgrade and patch the SCCM Current Branch Platform as and when new versions are released.
- Advise, Recommend, and implement improvements as new features are introduced into SCCM.
- Review release notes and adjust the Configuration and settings to SCCM platform and supporting infrastructure to align with the changes to the product to ensure.
- Review, revise and maintain Technical Design and As-Built documents as changes and upgrades are made within the SCCM Platform.
- Service, upgrade and maintain Windows 10/11 and Office 365 products as per Dimension Data procedures.
- Co-Management of Client devices with Intune and Cloud Management Gateway
Academic Qualifications
- 70-243 - Administering and Deploying System Centre 2012 Configuration Manager – Beneficial
- A+, N+ and Relevant IT Diploma or Certification
- MD100/101,102 – Advantageous
Required Experience:
- 3 Year experience in supporting SCCM environments.
- Solid experience supporting Workstations and Server Operating Systems
- Solid understanding of Network technologies

Key Role and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for providing installation (racking) services for all network and server hardware at the data centers per established standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, in adherence to data enter processes regarding incident tracking, response, and documentation.
- Walk-through of the computer centers, monitor computer and facilities equipment.

Experience required:
- Demonstrated experience with critical environment / data center maintenance and repair cost management
- Previous experience gained in a similar role
- Experience maintaining and managing servicer and network equipment inventory
