Sausage line Supervisor at BRM Brands

We are looking for an experienced and talented Sausage Line Supervisor to join our BRM Brands Family. Duties/Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Ensure that daily preparation and production plan is achieved within the required time and in full.
• Ensure that all staff are in their rightful positions on the production line.
• Ensure that only materials which are within specification are processed.
• Take responsibility for ensuring that there is always materials for processing to avoid downtimes.
• Communicate any deviation from plan to direct manager or senior manager.
• Ensure that all raw material needed for the following day’s production is on site.
• Ensure that production areas are kept clean and tidy during production.
• Experience with food handling, in particular meat
• Experience with sausage making equipment
• The candidate must have experience working in a meat factory and be able to withstand cold conditions.
