Scheduler at Omnia (Pty) LTD

Qualifications

• Matric or equivalent
• Supply Chain or logistics qualification would be preferred, but not essential

Experience

• Previous experience in a similar role is crucial

Duties

• Co-ordinate inbound raw material and outbound finished goods logistics
• Scheduling of all products including Inter-Depot Transfers
• Receiving of all raw materials.
• Communicate with clients and agents to formulate scheduling plan.
• Communicate the scheduling plan to production daily for production purposes.
• Contract Management for transport contractors.
• Managing and organizing of transportation for deliveries of various products.
• Archiving of all related documentation.
• Manage product allocation to different BU’s
• Manage packaging information on allocation plans
