School Marketer at Freedom Stationery (Pty) LTD

Key responsibilities will include:  

• Assist in planning and executing school marketing activities and promotions.
• Support the sales team during school visits, exhibitions, and educational events.
• Distribute marketing materials and samples to schools and distributors.
• Conduct basic market research and collect customer feedback.
• Update and maintain the school database and contact lists.
• Assist with administrative tasks, reporting, and follow-up communication.
• Represent Freedom Stationery professionally at all times.
• This role is ideal for a motivated and enthusiastic graduate who is eager to gain practical experience in marketing and sales while contributing to Freedom Stationery’s mission of delivering quality stationery solutions to schools.

Requirements

• Certificate or Diploma in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of marketing principles and customer engagement.
• Computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and professional attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High level of enthusiasm, self-motivation, and willingness to learn.
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel to schools within the Cape Town region (advantageous).
• South African citizen residing in or around Cape Town.
