Scrum Master at MAC Consulting

Job Description

• We are looking for experienced Scrum Masters to join our Agile consulting team that drives agile as a mindset.

Our Scrum Master Are Expected To

• Use agile methodology values, principles, and practices to enable effective planning, delivery and risk/ issue management
• Ensure that the case for change and adoption of agile ways of working in BAU is understood
• Train, mentor, coach and supporting scrum teams to understand and adopt agile values,
• principles, skills and practices.
• Influence diverse thinking and synergy with the scrum team
• Facilitate scrum events, meetings, and decision-making processes to ensure effective outcomes
• Monitor progress and performance and assist teams to focus on continuous improvement.
• Promote collaboration and remove impediments for the scrum team.
• Influence and support the right culture in the sprint teams in collaboration with team leadership.
• Enable the scrum team to find the right approach to realize maximum benefit from agile ways of working

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• At least 5 years of strong scrum master experience
• Strong understanding of agile values, principles, practical agnostic core agility skills
• Strong exposure to agile practices, tools and structures
• Exposure to people change management principles
• Delivery and/or people management experience (any domain) is advantageous
• Scrum master certification is advantageous
