• Applications are invited for a vacancy exists for a dynamic and driven Sculler to join a team based at St John's Collage. This role reports directly to the Facilities Manager, in the Shared Services Business Unit.

Minimum Requirements    

• Matric and or a Basic food hygiene certificate
• A positive approach, excellent organisational skills, and a passion for producing high quality customer care
• Basic knowledge of service standards, guest relations and etiquette
• Honest and reliable
• No criminal Record
• Relevant experience working in a similar environment
• Maintaining compliance with the highest sanitation, safety, and quality standards
• Willingness to undertake new duties to support colleagues within the team

Duties & Responsibilities    

• Maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen and areas allocated
• Meet established cleaning and quality standards
• Ensure kitchen work areas, equipment and utensils are in a clean and orderly condition
• Wash dishes
• Clear rubbish and waste from kitchen
• Assist in receiving and packing of kitchen stock
