Section Engineer Production at Anglo American

Job Description

• As a Section Engineer Production, you will be responsible for the review and monitoring of all Underground trackless and fixed equipment. This is to ensure compliance to the agreed maintenance plans and legal requirements.
• Your focus will also be on safety management for the area of responsibility and continuous improvement of the section.

This role is in the Engineering Department and is at a Band 6 level reporting to the Section Engineering Manager.

Qualifications

• National Diploma / Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
• Government Certificate of Competency (Mines and Works)
• Computer literate
• Valid driving license - code 08
• Must be medically fit

Experience:

• At least 2 years’ post engineering qualification experience
