Security Officers at IPA

You will be responsible for:

• Escorting contractors around the centre to perform required jobs
• Escorting visitors to the required areas
• Open and close gates for all contractors entering and exiting the premise
• Maintain a safe, secure, and productive working environment, which responds to the safety of staff and young people.
• Other adhoc duties such as collecting supplies, and transporting items around the centre.

You will be adequately trained in the following areas:

• Protection actions
• Radio operation
• Code training

Requirements of the position:

• Minimum 12 months Security experience **MUST**
• Current Driver's License
• Current Working with Children Blue Card **MUST** - applicants without this will not be considered.
• Undertake and pass a clear Criminal History Check
