Security Sales Consultant, Gqeberha at Sheldon Recruitment

• We are seeking a Security Sales Consultant for a permanent role based in Gqeberha (PE), Eastern Cape

Applicants are required to meet the following criteria:

• Matric / Grade 12 (Technical subjects advantageous).
• Understanding of security industry products i.e. CCTV, Alarms, Guarding, Biometrics etc.
• Competent in MS Office
• PSIRA Level 2
• Drivers License & own transport

The successful applicant would be responsible for, but not limited to:

• Carry out direct marketing and sales activities
• Maintain and develop sales of products & services
• To achieve Sales Plan objectives by actively selling products through prospecting for new accounts
• Developing and maintaining customer support
• Identifying customer requirements for Security Solutions
• Matching customer requirements to existing security equipment & software via written proposals
• Demonstrating security equipment
• Resolving customer problems
• Ensuring proper installation of equipment
• Training customers on the proper use of equipment
• Performing customer care calls to ensure customer satisfaction
• Selling face to face to a diverse range of clients.
• Identifying customer requirements for our products, matching customer requirements to existing products & services.
• Demonstrating products & services.
• Resolving customer problems.
