Qualifications
To Grow What Matters, You Will Need
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) Biochemistry/ Chemistry
- HPLC ( High-performance liquid chromatography) exposure/ experience
- Desired complementary training in any of the following areas: Masters or specialization in the areas of Seed Technology, Plant Technology, Phytopathology or Entomology.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience and knowledge in quality assessment for seed treatment in laboratory conditions
- Expertise in seed physiology, seed pathology in different crops such as corn, sunflower, oil seed rape, wheat, soybean etc.
- Excellent speaking skills, and the ability to communicate with diverse audiences; ability to interact with and facilitate projects across diverse internal and external groups, including Marketing, Sales, Technical Services, Production; demonstrated ability to influence, gain support and lead change without authority
- Experience in leadership, high sense of organization, planning and innovation
- Experience with data analysis, Statistic package, and interpretation and facilitating best practices based off science; experienced software user, including Microsoft Office programs
