    Senior Account Manager

    What you will be doing:

    • Manage and develop a portfolio of strategic client accounts, developing relationships with C-level and HR management, keeping abreast of business and talent needs.
    • Define appropriate product offerings to meet customers need, optimizing talent assessment and management activities and delivering sales presentations accordingly. 
    • Drive the sale through to conclusion by navigating roadblocks.
    • Work with internal teams to successfully deliver projects.
    • Develop strategic account plans, forecast future sales activity and report accordingly.

    What we are looking for from you:

    • Demonstrable solution sales experience, ideally from a Consulting or Business Services background
    • Experience in a Business to Business (B2B) environment

    Desirable:

    • Experience selling to HR and/or C Level
    • HR qualification or business-related discipline
