Responsibilities

You Bring:

• Valid driver’s license and own vehicle
• 4 - 6 years’ experience in brand activations, events, or field marketing

A bonus to have:

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Events Management, Communications, or related field 

What You’ll Do For The Brand:

Activation Strategy & Execution

• Lead the coordination and delivery of national and regional brand activations
• Translate marketing briefs into executable activation plans
• Manage complex, multi site campaigns across retail branches, events, and sponsorships
• Ensure consistent brand presence and customer engagement across all activations
• Deliver innovative and high-impact experiential marketing activations that enhance brand visibility, drive consumer engagement, and create memorable customer experiences

Leadership & Team Support

• Provide day to day leadership and guidance to: 
• Activations Coordinators
• Promoters and field teams
• Support training, onboarding, and performance monitoring of activation staff
• Act as escalation point for onsite and operational challenges
• Foster a high performance, professional activation culture

Stakeholder & Cross Functional Coordination

• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional departments and stakeholders to ensure seamless planning, execution, and delivery of marketing activations and campaigns

Work closely with: 

• Marketing & Campaigns
• Retail Operations
• Sponsorships
• Compliance and Legal
• Coordinate third party suppliers, agencies, and venues
• Ensure alignment between campaign objectives and on the ground execution

Field Execution & Quality Control

• Lead on site execution for high profile activations and events
• Conduct quality checks to ensure: 
• Brand standards are met
• Promoters are correctly briefed
• Customer engagement is consistent and professional
• Resolve real time issues during live activations

Compliance & Brand Governance

Ensure all activations fully comply with: 

• Gambling advertising regulations
• Responsible Gambling guidelines
• Hollywoodbets brand standards
• Monitor promotional messaging and staff conduct
• Proactively identify and mitigate reputational or compliance risks

Reporting, Budget & Administration

• Track activation performance and effectiveness
• Prepare post activation reports with insights and recommendations
• Assist in managing activation budgets and cost control

Maintain accurate records of: 

• Activation schedules
• Assets and branding materials
• Supplier agreements and invoices
