The Role

The Senior Administration Officer role is to ensure high quality standards are maintained in all aspects of customer service delivery at our centres

• S/he forms an integral part of the operations team and ensures that services are client centred, safe, effective and efficient
• S/he is responsible and accountable for the management of the operations at a MSSA Centre on a daily basis.

Job Experience and Requirements

• You are Pro-Choice
• BComm Degree
• Proven work experience as an Administrative Officer/Manager role in a health service environment
• Client- Focused, customer service experience
• Sound understanding of the sexual and reproductive health sector
• NGO experience not required; Private and Public-Sector experience welcomed
