Senior Administrator (CSP) at Metacom

We are seeking a Senior Administrator with experience to work in the CSP (Communications Service Providers)department. You will be responsible for the overall coordination and execution of various projects. The successful candidate will serve as a liaison between our Fibre Network Operators, the customer, and the appropriate internal departments (Pre-sales, Projects, and Support).

Duties would include, but not be limited to:

• Leading of Fibre activities within the company
• Serving as a point of contact for all Fibre projects and any Fibre related matters
• Receiving and coordinating workload and projects in the team
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with Service Providers
• Determine and set clear targets for projects
• Liaise with necessary stakeholders to ensure projects and installations are done correctly within set time frames.
• Work with relevant departments to develop roll-out plans for customers
• Keep all relevant stakeholders up to date with progress on rollouts
• Create processes and systems to continuously improve the Fibre division
• Assist the Manager to determine the metrics needed to measure success
• Be a driver in the development of Company’s Fibre strategy, take ownership of Fibre strategy and develop the plans that will bring the operational reality to the strategy.
• Stay abreast of new developments in the industry
• Understand and stay abreast of any potential risks and communicate and manage the impact of risk factors

Qualification and Requirements:

• The successful candidate will be required to have 3-5 years solid work experience.
• Candidates from an ICT/Telecoms/ISP background will have an advantage
• Any previous experience with Fibre will be to your advantage
• Qualification in Project Management (National Diploma/Certificate)
• Experience in leading/managing a team will be an advantage
• Delivering results: ability to plan and organize self and identify, prioritize, and achieve objectives and targets
