• Adhering to client contractual obligations
• Ensure that you adhere to company policies and procedures,
turnaround times on investigations, client queries, approvals etc.
• Monthly client meetings; packs that need to done for management • Management of buildings that are under your control
• Full utility administration
• Municipal account queries
• Pursuing of tariff charges, rebates and the monthly/annual review application thereof; as and when applicable
• Ensuring good client relations
• Overseeing of daily running of your buildings
