Senior Agile Project Manager

This is an intense position and you HAVE to have at least 5 years experience in Agile Project Management, preferably in a Financial Services environment. This is not negotiable.

You need to:

• be in Cape Town. Even though we work remotely, the poistion may require you to safely go to the office at some point,
• be a South African national,
• be able to work in a pressurised environment and deliver on very tight, but agreed to and sensible deadlines,
• have proven experience of working in short release cycles, agile testing and risk-based testing approach,
• have a proven track record over minimum of 5 years of successful implementation of software web/mobile projects,
• be a very good communicator,
• be able to provide coaching, mentoring and thought leadership to delivery teams on Agile and related methodologies.

Having Certified Scrum Master/Professional, Prince 2, and PMI Agile Project Manager is preferable.

The following are some functions that you will have to perform:

• Stakeholder management and communication of project plans and status.
• Handling of Change and Incident management throughout the SDLC.
• Budget management reporting and forecasting.
• Handling of all Agile ceremonies and Project Governance reportin
