Senior Analyst, BI at Exxaro Resources

Position Overview:

• As a Senior Business Improvement Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in our journey towards continuous improvement and operational excellence. You will lead and facilitate Business Unit level improvement teams, guiding them to align with strategic business objectives and achieve targeted improvement goals. Your expertise in data analysis, process optimization, and change management will be instrumental in driving efficiency and enhancing business performance across the organization.

Minimum Requirements    
QUALIFICATIONS:

•  B Eng (Relevant) (Essential/Minimum)
•  Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (Recommended/Desirable and/or)
•  Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (Recommended/Desirable)
•  Management Development Programme (Recommended/Desirable)

EXPERIENCE: 

• 6 – 8 years Relevant Business improvement or business excellence, economical evaluations, improvement methodologies experience. (Essential / Minimum) (Operational)

REQUIREMENTS: 

•  Psychometric Assessment (Essential/Minimum)
• Certificate of Fitness (Essential/Minimum)
