Senior Analyst - Financial Planning & Analysis at SC Johnson

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced FP&A Sr Analyst to join us and be a key contributor to our growing business.

You will take a significant role in analysing our business, forecasting, financial results reporting, implementation and monitoring processes and providing key insights in order :

• Drive Net Sales growth
• Optimize Trade Spending
• Tracking new initiatives and support new product launches, special projects
• Increase profitability through detailed P&L analysis, ROI evaluation, and customer profitability tracking

Responsibilities:

• Partner with various teams, providing business insights, financial models, support budget needs and maintain accurate reporting
• Ensure accurate and timely month-end close
• Produce monthly results reports with insights on Net Sales, GTN%, and Equity
• Play an active role in the monthly S&OP cycle
• Provide financial analysis and respond to ad-hoc requests.
• Support independent channels with P&Ls and recommendations.
• Ensure promo guidelines are followed by sales and reviewed on a regular basis.
• Ensure processes adhere to the trade spend policy
• Liaise with auditors and ensure proper documentation.

Experience you will bring:

• Qualified: CIMA, ACCA, ACA or equivalent.
• Industry: FMCG or Retail experience preferred.
