Senior Apex / Salesforce / nCino Developer at IQbusiness

About the Role

• We are seeking a Senior Apex/Salesforce/nCino Developer with a strong focus on custom development and integration within the Salesforce ecosystem. You will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and maintaining high-quality solutions that enhance our financial services offerings, leveraging your expertise in nCino and Salesforce technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and customize applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components within the Salesforce platform.
• Design and implement solutions that integrate nCino with Salesforce to support various banking processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and convert them into effective technical solutions.
• Perform system analysis, troubleshooting, and debugging of existing applications to improve performance and usability.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications and user manuals.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Mentor junior developers and share knowledge to foster a collaborative team environment.
• Stay updated with the latest Salesforce and nCino updates and features to recommend improvements and optimizations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Salesforce development with a strong command of Apex, Visualforce, and the Salesforce Lightning framework.
• Demonstrable experience with nCino, including its deployment and integration into Salesforce environments.
• Solid understanding of database technologies, including SOQL and relational database concepts.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and tools, such as Scrum or Kanban.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with team members and stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce Certified Developer or other relevant Salesforce certifications.
• Experience with CI/CD tools and practices for Salesforce applications.
• Knowledge of additional tools and integrations such as REST/SOAP APIs.
• Familiarity with financial services or banking software development is a plus.
