Senior Associate: ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning) at Genesis Analytics

ROLE DESCRIPTION 

As an ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) Senior Associate you will be a vital member of the ERP implementation and support team within the firm. You will be responsible for assisting in the deployment, maintenance, and optimization of the ERP system to ensure it meets the business’s needs efficiently. This role demands a blend of technical expertise, project management skills, and a deep understanding of business processes. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful implementation, maintenance, and optimization of our ERP systems (Sage Intacct & Sage People 300), ultimately contributing to the firm’s operational efficiency and strategic goals.

Your role will include but not limited to the following:

• ERP Implementation and Upgrades
• Business Process Analysis
• System Configuration and Customization
• User Training and Support
• Data Management and Integration
• Quality Assurance and Testing

The successful candidate will possess a combination of education, skills, experience, and personal qualities. 

• National Diploma or Degree in Accounting/IT/Computer Science.
• Certification in ERP software (Sage Intacct certification a plus).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience implementing and supporting ERP systems. (Experience on Sage Intacct will be an added advantage).
• Excellent verbal & written communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of an organisation.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.Strong technical and analytical skills.
• Ability to function effectively in collaborative, team-oriented environments.
