    Senior AWS/Cloud Software Engineer

    Senior AWS/Cloud Software Engineer

    • Ovations Technologies specialises in providing comprehensive business improvement solutions to customers and has an exciting opportunity for a Senior AWS/Cloud Software Engineer.

    Qualifications Required:

    • Essential: Matric
    • Preferred: Relevant IT related Degree or Diploma
    • Microsoft AZURE / AWS Certification
    • Certifications: Public Cloud Certification and Virtualisation certification (VMware preferable)

    Experience Required:

    • 10 Years IT Infrastructure and Operations experience
    • Practical IT operational experience
    • General understanding of end-end IT infrastructure
    • Exposure to Containerisation
    • Exposure to Open Source Technologies (familiarisation with multiple design, construction, version control and testing tools)
    • Experience working with teams across geographic boundaries and organisational levels
    • Project Methodology (Agile, Kanban, Waterfall etc) (Advantageous)
    • Microsoft Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Exposure (Advantageous)
    • Exposure to XML scripting (Advantageous)
