PwC South Africa is a prominent professional services firm providing industry-focused assurance, advisory, tax, and legal services to public, private, and government clients.
Your main focus will be to help the proposal and business development teams craft compelling, persuasive proposal responses, showcasing PwC's Consulting and Risk Services offerings to key clients.
You will manage and design proposals from conception through to submission.
You will work on identifying winning themes, provide guidance on creatively bringing the themes to life through visuals and graphics in the proposal documents, contribute to the writing of the proposal content and packaging the response for final submission.
Outstanding oral and written communication skills, as well as presentation skills, as demonstrated in prior roles.
Demonstrated strategic and creative judgment.
Demonstrated leadership skills including relationship management, teaming, coaching, facilitation and decision-making.
Good awareness of firms offerings and assets and an understanding of how to bring these solutions to opportunity teams
10+ years of complex deal experience with creative and differentiated approach to sales/pursuit materials and presentations.
Consulting client experience highly preferred coupled with strong business acumen
Experience leading and coaching presentations, including leading a structured preparation/rehearsal process and providing effective presentation coaching
Confident communicator who can lead and inspire a team of diverse individuals, thrives in a highly productive environment and adapts to time sensitive and challenging tasks with accuracy
Experience working, collaborating, and building consensus with executive-level stakeholders, as well as the proven ability to address and resolve conflict effectively and efficiently
Proposal editing and writing experience
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Undergraduate Degree (e.g., BA, B.Com )
APMP Certification preferable
Knowledge on MS office and Google suite is an added advantage
EXPERIENCE
+10 years of Professional Services experience, preferably in Consulting
+5 years of architecting proposal responses as well as proposal writing experience
