Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum 2-3 years’ experience as a billing analyst (includes reconciliations)
• Grade 12
• Advanced Excel required
• Sage Evolution
• Oracle
• Attention to detail, effective communication, collaborative approach, good time management skills, prioritisation of key tasks to deliver on time month-end close
• Engagement with external customers written, telephonic
• Engagement with internal customers (Care, Operations, Commercial)

Key Areas of Responsibility

Billing

• Credit and re-invoicing of billing queries (Investigate and resolve at root cause and correct)
• Emailing invoices and statement requests
• Checking O Neil data correct and updating pricing
• Lifting hold on suspended accounts

Month End Activities

• 999 Errors
• Finalising of O Neil
• Sage Invoice Import
• Finalise Sage Import and post batch
• Manual billing Infofile
• Consolidated Invoices and Statements
• Email of invoices to client at month end
• Oracle uploads
• Emailing Customer Statements
• Correcting GL Codes
• Account Hierarchy mapping
• Invoices saved to the drive
• Statements saved to the drive
• Analysis of high volume / high value customer accounts
• Resolving all queries on the above accounts

Reporting

• Month End reports
• Sales Reports
• Spend Reports
