    Senior Brand Executive

    WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

    • Assist Brand Manager in developing of Brand plans and roadmap per cluster.
    • Assist in adapting and executing campaign plans through internal stakeholders.
    • Plan and deliver key brand activities on time and in full, optimizing efficiencies and effectiveness.
    • Ensure all the required brand tools (pack, product, communication, research plans,) are managed effectively to meet required key milestones whilst ensuring alignment with brand strategy. Ensure all marketing regulatory requirements are aligned through engagement with LeX
    • Assess campaigns effectiveness through data analysis and market visits.
    • Review and analyze, research & brand performance in a clear concise manner to understand brand issues and market opportunities providing sound recommendations, focus on required actions
    • Upskill acumen in product and packaging requirements to help drive effective consultation with the technical expert team(s) to deliver on innovative and superior quality of pack and product solutions aligned with desired brand ambitions
    • Support Brand Manager in maximizing ROI and Brand P&L and actively report brand expenditure to ensure it does not exceed budget defined in operational brand plan.
    • Managing and reporting on budget
    • Stakeholder engagement Collaborate with and manage internal project stakeholders to ensure the effective delivery of brand programs.
    • Manage external agencies partners to ensure day to day activities related brand programs are performed with required quality and agreed cost & timescales

    ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

    • >3-year Marketing degree / diploma in Marketing or business discipline
    • 5+ experience in marketing or marketing CPG company (Brand marketing preferred)
    • Excellent communication, storytelling and influencing skills
    • Demonstrated experience of utilizing actionable consumer insights into strong recommendations for decision making.
    • Strong understanding of Digital Marketing
    • Must be agile and have strong decision-making abilities
    • Self-starter must be able to take ownership of tasks and work within a team.
    • Demonstrated ability to manage 3rd party agencies to deliver on time and in full.
