• An established and growing technology-focused organisation is looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join its team in Umhlanga. • Working closely with senior leadership, you will play a key role in shaping business strategy by analysing complex business challenges, identifying opportunities for improvement, and implementing innovative, technology-enabled solutions that drive operational excellence

What You'll Be Doing

• Analyse and optimise business processes across multiple departments
• Identify inefficiencies and implement scalable process improvements
• Drive automation initiatives and support digital transformation projects
• Develop business cases, dashboards, reports and performance metrics
• Translate complex business requirements into functional specifications and process documentation
• Lead stakeholder workshops to gather requirements and define solutions
• Collaborate with executive, commercial and technical teams to deliver strategic initiatives
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI, business intelligence and advanced technologies to improve business performance
• Strengthen data governance, reporting accuracy and business insights
• Support change management, user adoption and continuous improvement initiatives

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Systems or a related field
• Minimum 4 years' experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar business improvement role
• Proven experience in business process optimisation and process mapping
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Experience with automation, data analytics and business intelligence tools
• Exposure to ERP, CRM and cloud-based platforms (Azure or AWS advantageous)
• Experience working across multiple business functions
• Excellent stakeholder management, presentation and communication skills
• Experience within the ICT or Telecommunications industry will be advantageous
