As Senior BA, your main responsibility will be to understand business direction, propose solutions, provide insight to business issues and to assist in the implementation of long term viable solutions. This role requires knowledge of asset management processes and business analysis experience in an IT context 

Responsibilities

• Liaise with domain stakeholders to determine priorities and effective solutions to meet business requirements
• Design solutions to meet business needs
• Conduct JAD sessions with developers, business users or testers
• Document process flows, requirements and functional specifications
• Train and facilitate end user adoption of solutions
• Conduct impact analysis, user acceptance testing, software testing, and relevant user training
• Conduct post implementation reviews
• Design and coordinate IT and Business testing
• Collaborate with system architects to define infrastructure 

Requirements:

• Relevant tertiary qualification
• 6+ years’ experience in a BA position - preferably in asset management
• TSQL skills
• Sound understanding of asset management processes
• Testing Methodology experience
