    Senior Contracts Administrator

    Requirements

    Work Output Description

    • Support with the processing of new contracts and amendments to existing contracts in the SAP system, maintenance of the supplier database as well as general query resolution.

    Minimum Requirements

    • Grade 12/Matric Certificate or NQF4 Equivalent Required
    • Certificate and or Diploma in Supply Chain/Finance/Commercial Required
    • 3-5 Years Contracts Administration Experience Required

    Advantageous

    • Previous Supply Chain Experience

    Skills and Knowledge

    • Numerical skills
    • Exceptional computer skills, including the use of an ERP systems (SAP) and MS Office (Word / Excel / PowerPoint)
    • Knowledge of contract law and its application in the purchasing process is required

    Physical/Legal Requirements

    • Fit for Duty/Certificate of Fitness
