Senior Credit Controller - Residential at Macdonald & Company

A rare opportunity has opened up with an esteemed Property company that develops, owns, operates, and manages a mix of buildings. For their Pretoria head office, they are looking to appoint a senior creditor controller to their residential team.

• On a daily basis you will be responsible for checking bank statements and assigning payments to the correct tenants.
• Furthermore, you will take on the task of rehabilitating and retaining the tenants.
• Working closely with tenants in order to solve tenant queries, chasing arrears, sending out letters of demand and handling the legal processes of bad debt will all form part of your month.
• Although no debtors role is suited to someone who can be easily swayed or is seen as a pushover, it also requires excellent interpersonal skills and an amicable nature to gain tenants' respect and trust and integrate into your internal team.
• MDA software experience is essential in this office.
• If you have five years or more experience in creditors' control, professional telephone skills, attention to detail and accuracy, this might be the perfect fit.
