Job Description

• Our client is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to support digital transformation initiatives by analysing business processes, financial data and reporting environments. You will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver data-driven insights, reporting solutions and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse business processes, financial systems and reporting environments.
• Gather and document business and data requirements.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications.
• Analyse large datasets to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
• Perform data profiling, data quality assessments and root cause analysis.
• Develop financial and operational reporting solutions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, BI teams and project teams.
• Identify process improvements and support digital transformation initiatives.
• Ensure the accuracy and quality of data and reporting deliverables.

Requirements

• 5–8 years' experience as a Data Analyst.
• Experience with financial systems and system integrations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with large datasets.
• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Banking or financial services experience is advantageous.
