    Senior Data Infrastructure Engineer

    Requirements: 

    • Relevant degree or diploma from a tertiary institution the covers either technology, science, mathematics or engineering
    • Cloud certification (AWS, Azure, GCP)
    • Experience with Linux operating system is beneficial
    • A minimum of 8 years experience

    Primary Competencies: 

    • Software Development (Either Java, Python, Ruby, Go)
    • Infrastructure as code
    • Containerisation
    • API development
    • Devops Tooling admin experience
    • Experience with CI/CD (Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery)
    • Experience with open source software
    • Maintain, optimise and data infrastructure platforms
    • Source control system administration
    • Experience with data concepts such as event streaming and data integration, big data processing, data warehousing, unstructured data processing and storage
