Senior Engineer- Manager (Geosynthetic) at FreeRecruit

Applicants must have the following requirements:

• Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Business Management.
• Must have at least 10 years of leadership experience within the construction, infrastructure, mining, geotechnical, or related technical industries.
• Must have proven experience managing full Profit and Loss (P&L) accountability, including commercial and operational performance.
• Must have a strong track record in business development and expanding market presence.
• Must have experience managing operations, projects, or business activities across multiple African markets.
• Must have exceptional commercial acumen, leadership capability, and stakeholder management skills.
• Must be willing to travel regionally and internationally.
