    Senior Enterprise Success Manager (Re-advertised)

    Position Summary
    As a Senior Enterprise Success Manager, you will work with our premium accounts to help them move toward their ever-evolving desired outcomes. Leveraging your practical industry knowledge, domain specific workflow experience, business acumen, relationship management and broad understanding of Bentley solutions and Success Management. You will position yourself as a trusted advisor to our users to help them win in their business while maximizing their return on investment in Bentley solutions. You will be orchestrating a wide group of business, process, and solution specialists in Bentley to define and deliver on an account specific Success plan. You will also be the voice of our users to influence our product development roadmaps and improve their overall experience.

    Your Day-to-Day

    • Engage with key account stakeholders to facilitate capturing business outcomes, to position and prioritize improvement of digital workflows and to create a strategic, account specific Success Plan.
    • Continuously measure results, course correct when and where necessary and proactively advise the account towards improving adoption of Bentley products and Services.
    • Improve user’s awareness of what is possible by connecting them to our information and collaboration platforms.
    • Devise content and manage the subsequent delivery of the Success Plan to ensure the achieving the mutually agreed desired business/strategic outcomes.
    • Lead and own all aspects of post-sales engagement with the account. This includes coordination/cooperation with Account Management, Support Account Management, Solution Consultants and Trainers, and Product Management/Development.
    • Continuously strive to Improve the account’s health and user satisfaction/Net promoter scores (NPS).
    • Travel will be required for meeting accounts and/or visiting events on a regular basis (approx. 10%, predominantly in EMEA).

    What You Bring To The Team

    • Minimum of 5 - 10 years relevant industry experience (i.e. Sales, business analysis/development and/or Success Management), with experience in dealing with executive management.
    • Experience and/or certification in engineering design, construction, project delivery and asset performance or a deep, proven, Senior Success Management background. Ideally (some of) both.
    • Experience in an advisory capacity in, or exposure to strategic projects involving software configuration, training, development, testing, and deployment.
    • Experience that includes managing account key stakeholders, Bentley Account Managers, Consultants, Software Development Managers, Professional Services Managers, IT and Network professionals.
    • Familiar with organization change management aspects of delivering change programs.
    • Strong interpersonal and team building skills, possessing diplomacy and business judgment. Passionate when advocating and positioning positive change and calm and collected in times of unanticipated situations and (business) disruption.
    • Skilled at situation assessment to determine next steps in complex environments and comfortable with confrontation (positive as well as negative, as long as it is constructive)
    • Experience at, and being comfortable with, working both independently (remote/self-motivated) and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment as an active contributor is essential.
    • Fluent English language skills (written as well as verbal) including presentation skills at executive level are a hard requirement.
