Senior Field Service Engineer

Our client, a leading supplier and distributor of industrial Inkjet printing, marking and coding equipment is urgently looking for seasoned engineering professional to provide technical support and service to their clients in KZN.

Key Accountabilities Include:

• Leading the technical team to ensure that they are well equipped to serve the regions’ client-base by providing ongoing training and upskilling them with regards to the equipment.
• Fault finding and problem solving.
• Establishing and maintaining good customer relations.

Applicants must have a Trade Test in Electrical, Instrumentation or Electronics engineering or relevant N6 qualification coupled with at least 5 years maintenance experience within the manufacturing industry. Experience working with inkjet or metal detector equipment such as Videojet, Sesotec and Tap Tone will be strongly advantageous.
