Senior Financial Analyst at Fidelity Investments

Job Description
A Senior Financial Analyst role that will develop a broad knowledge of all Fidelity businesses and the financial services industry. This role will interact with finance groups across the firm, driving the firm-wide strategic and annual planning process, the firm-wide return on Strategic Investment analysis, and creating financial packages with analysis and key insights to share with our leadership teams
The Expertise You Have

• A bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or equivalent training; MBA or advance degree a plus
• 5+ years of professional experience in Finance with a successful track record of in financial modeling and analysis
• Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills

• Strong analytical, project management and problem solving skills. Ability to envision the "big picture" while maintaining close attention to detail
• Ability to learn quickly to understand key business unit drivers and business models. Role requires strong interpersonal skills to work closely and partner with business unit and corporate teams
• Ability to independently make decisions within a broad context and solve a variety of moderately complex problems
• Project and process management in a matrix organization. Business maturity and presence to effectively interact with senior management
• Ability to create financial models, conduct scenario analysis, understand and assess options.
• Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills and demonstrate confidence in explaining, defending and or challenging analytical findings. Well-developed interpersonal and team building skills
• Demonstrated ability to lead project/work activities, drive process change & efficiencies, and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
