Senior Fund Manager at Communicate Recruitment

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage financial operations, including cash flow movements, reconciliations, and trading settlements
• Identify and implement process control improvements to enhance operational efficiency
• Oversee Regulation 28 maintenance and updates
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of asset vs. liability reconciliations
• Lead process automation initiatives to drive efficiency and integration
• Monitor and control bank account reconciliations and multi-manager pricing processes
• Drive compliance with service level agreements and regulatory requirements
• Lead and oversee ballot processes, ad hoc projects, and system-related investigations
• Provide strategic oversight on training, performance management, and staff development

Minimum Requirements:

• B.Com Honours (Accounting) or equivalent
• CA (SA) qualification
• Preferably completed articles
• 6-8 years of operations experience within an investment environment (LISP or Investment Manager)
