Senior Integration Analyst Developer at Ovations Technologies

Role Overview

• We are looking for a Senior Integration Analyst / Developer with deep expertise in IBM Cloud Pak for Integration (CP4I). In this role, you will bridge the gap between functional analysis and hands-on technical development—translating enterprise integration specs into secure, containerized solutions using the IBM stack on Red Hat OpenShift.

Key Responsibilities

• Architecture & Development: Design, build, test, and deploy end-to-end integration flows using IBM App Connect Enterprise (ACE/IIB), API Connect, and IBM MQ within containerized environments (CP4I / Red Hat OpenShift).
• System Analysis & Mapping: Analyse legacy and cloud source/target systems, create data mappings, and define technical specifications for complex enterprise integrations.
• API Lifecycle & Security: Publish, secure, and manage REST/SOAP APIs via IBM API Connect using OAuth 2.0, JWT, and API key policies.
• Messaging & Queue Management: Configure and maintain high-availability messaging infrastructure using IBM MQ.
• DevOps & Governance: Build and support CI/CD pipelines (Git/GitLab, Azure DevOps) to automate integration deployments across multi-cloud environments.

Minimum Requirements

• Experience: 5+ years of hands-on integration development experience with at least 2+ years specialized in IBM Cloud Pak for Integration (CP4I).
• Core IBM Stack: Strong proficiency in ACE / IIB, IBM API Connect, and IBM MQ.
• Platform Knowledge: Solid understanding of Red Hat OpenShift / Kubernetes container deployment and management.
• Development Skills: Hands-on experience with ESQL, Java Compute Nodes (JCN), JSON, XML, REST, and SOAP protocols.
• DevOps: Experience with Git and automated CI/CD tools.
• Education: Degree or Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
