Description

• Lead and execute complex, high-risk, and sensitive audit engagements from planning through reporting.
• Engage with management to assess risks, evaluate controls, and identify process improvement.
• Present audit findings to senior management and secure commitment to corrective actions.
• Prepare high-quality audit reports and obtain final approval from the Head of Corporate Audit Monitor and escalate overdue audit actions to ensure timely and sustainable implementation.
• Lead, coach, and develop audit teams, including international TRATON Group members.
• Promoting audit best practices Support risk assessments and develop the annual audit plan to ensure effective audit coverage.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Grade: 12 Matric Certificate.
• Degree in business sciences or engineering or other qualification on the same level Possession of CIA, CISA certificates would be highly advantageous.

Experience:

• Must have at least 4 – 5 years’ work experience in Internal Audit.
