Key Performance Output:

The successful candidate reporting to the Manager Operations Coordination will be responsible for:

•  Facilitating and regulating capacity for each process and manage any pressure points in terms of passenger and aircraft flow. 
•  Providing view and make recommendations in terms of impact and availability of infrastructure. 
•  Management of real time capacity for exceptional circumstances (events/weather related) in coordination with the AMC. 
• Perform research to ensure best practice in all processes throughout operations. Take the initiative to introduce new concepts for facilitation processes and coordinate these requirements with other divisions within Operations. Ensuring that all resource allocation models are adhered to achieve the required service standards.
•   Managing results of all surveys (ASQ, QMS, Compliance) and define corrective action where required.
•  Analyses of information to identify trends to ensure process and system efficiency. 
•  Monitoring and managing process and system efficiency within airport operations (queuing and processing times) and recommend/implement remedial action where needed.
•  Ensure compliance to relevant statutory/legislative regulations, SOP’s, operational standards, policies and practices.
•  Ensure that operations is executed in accordance with existing contract (SLA).
•  Managing employee development initiatives. Technical Skills and Experience The following skills and experience or the equivalent of such will be required: 
• The successful candidate must have a relevant 3 year’s bachelor’s degree.
• The candidate must possess 5 years of Operational experience in Airport Operations. 
• Supervisory experience of 3 years is essential.
•  3 years of Airline Operations experience is recommended for this role. 
• Intermediate Knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office applications.

•  Contribute to consolidation/compilation and submission of final monthly departmental management reports
• Manage resources to ensure maximum resource availability (resource uptime) and most effective allocation and coordination of resources. 
•  Building, supporting, and maintaining healthy diverse internal (peers, union, team) as well as external (service providers etc) relationships and implement remedial actions required to achieve of organizational goals. 
•  Identify cost-saving initiatives with area of control. 
• Responding to audit findings and implement appropriate actions.

Technical Skills and Experience:

The following skills and experience or the equivalent of such will be required:

• The successful candidate must have a relevant 3 year’s bachelor’s degree. 
• The candidate must possess 5 years of Operational experience in Airport Operations. 
• Supervisory experience of 3 years is essential. 
• 3 years of Airline Operations experience is recommended for this role. 
•  Intermediate Knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office applications.
