- Evaluate market opportunity for new routes taking into account pre-identified target markets, network strategy and analysis of competitive environment

- Accountable for delivery of specific project work streams and project deliverables.
- Monitor, evaluate and report on ongoing project performance progress and achievements, including ensuring that project remains within budget.
- Input into developing a solution design and perform the appropriate level of design oversight where required.
- Conduct continuous updates to project plan whilst communicating all necessary changes to Project Manager / Engineer as well as relevant parties and stakeholders.
- Monitor and control project work including scope and cost control, review of team deliverables, quality control with assistance from PMO and resource management.
- Assist Project Manager / Engineer in risk identification, management and mitigation relating to project or project work stream
- Cultivate and maintain good working relationships with Programme Manager, relevant stakeholders, consultants and contractors.
- Ensure timely reporting and effective communication to Project and Programme Manager and other senior management when required
Technical Skills and Experience
The following skills and experience or the equivalent of such, will be required:
- Bachelor’s Degree (3 years - 360 credits) NQF Level 7 in Built Environment disciplines is essential.
- 3-5 years operational experience in Coordination and implementation of multidisciplinary infrastructure projects is essential.
- 2-3 years operational experience in Project Management, including procurement exposure is essential.
- Proficiency with PMBOK is required.
- Registration with the South African Council for Construction and Project Management Professions (SACPCMP) or other relevant voluntary built environment associations will be advantageous.
