Senior Lecturer in Monitoring and Evaluation (Post Level 7)

- Job Field Education / Teaching
Duties/Pligte
- Teaching in the Postgraduate Diploma and MPhil in Monitoring and Evaluation.
- Developing and reviewing course materials.
- Supervising postgraduate students in M&E (MPhil and PhD).
- Active participation in all departmental activities and research projects.
- Publication of articles in peer-reviewed journals.
- Liaising with the evaluation community.
Job Requirements/Pos Vereistes
- PhD in Monitoring and Evaluation.
- A strong academic research and teaching record with at least five years lecturing experience.
- Demonstrated publication record.
- Demonstrated administrative and computer skills.
- Excellent communication and language skills in English.
- The ability to maintain good interpersonal relations and to work in a team.
Recommendation/Aanbeveling
- A demonstrated record of supervision at PhD level.
- Work experience in the evaluation field.
- Participation in, and development of, local and international research networks.
