SUMMARY OF DUTIES:
Teach food science, legislation, and/or food microbiology modules at both undergraduates and postgraduate levels in the Food Science/ Biotechnology Programmes and to all faculties to which the Faculty of Applied Sciences renders service in undergraduate and honours level programs.
Manage/ co-ordinate academic and research portfolios.
Supervise undergraduate/ postgraduate students.
Participate in community engagement projects.
Perform other duties as determined by the Head of Department.
