    Senior Lecturer: Philosophy

    • PhD in Philosophy with teaching experience commensurate with the level of the post.
    • Candidates should have expertise in teaching and researching in one or more of the following fields: feminism, theories of race, philosophical psychology, social psychology, social epistemology, behavioural economics, and existential phenomenology.
    • Expertise in cognate fields will be considered. Research supervision of at least MAs to completion and preferably PhDs as well.
    • Please note that this appointment will be made in line with the requirements of the Employment Equity Act of RSA and the University’s recruitment and selection policies and equity strategies. The initial focus will be on equity candidates.
