Senior Manager: Financial Reporting at Afrizan People Intelligence

Purpose

A 6 month contract to manage the financial function to ensure the necessary financial disciplines and controls are in place, so that the organisation continues to be financially sound and that an excellent service delivery can be provided at the most optimal cost

Key Tasks

• Financial management of all daily, monthly and annual financial functions to ensure integrity of company financials
• Strategic planning and objective setting through establishing, developing and managing the business plan for the area being managed
• Develop strategic objectives and financial planning for cost control
• Monitor compliance with policies and procedures, statutory requirements and accounting best practice
•  People managed to achieve operational objectives
• Manage financial risks to mitigate threats to the financial integrity of company
• Accomplishment of financial objectives for the department

Minimum Requirement

Education

• CA

Experience and knowledge requirements

• 5 years’ experience as an Accountant
• 5 years’ Management experience
• 3 – 5 years’ SAP proficiency
• Overtime as and when required
• National travel and overnight stays
• MS Office (Advanced)
• SAP (Super user)
