    Senior Manager: Head of Afinta

    Job Description

    • Motus Aftermarket Parts is searching for a Senior Manager to lead and drive the profitability, growth, and strategic direction of the Afinta business. The successful candidate will be accountable for product strategy, pricing, sales performance, expense management, and achieving overall operating profit targets.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field
    • 8–10 years management experience
    • Minimum 5 years in a senior leadership role
    • Experience in budgeting, financial management, and operations
    • Strong people leadership and negotiation skills
    • Valid driver’s license

    Key Responsibilities 

    Strategic Leadership

    • Define and execute Afinta’s strategic direction aligned to broader business strategy
    • Identify market opportunities within the commercial aftermarket
    • Drive revenue growth, margin improvement, and long-term sustainability 

    Operational Excellence

    • Oversee full business operations across branches
    • Deliver on sales, gross profit, and operating profit targets
    • Improve productivity, branch performance, and customer experience
    • Implement and enforce standard operating procedures

    Financial & Commercial Management

    • Develop and manage budgets (sales, margin, expenses)
    • Analyse financial performance and drive corrective actions
    • Optimise pricing strategies to ensure competitiveness and profitability

    Inventory & Stock Management

    • Ensure optimal inventory levels and availability
    • Reduce stock-outs and obsolete inventory
    • Improve forecasting and stock accuracy

    Compliance & Risk

    • Ensure adherence to company policies and legal requirements
    • Maintain audit standards and operational compliance
    • Drive consistency across branch operations 

    Leadership & People Development

    • Lead, coach and develop Branch Managers
    • Build a high-performance culture aligned to company values
    • Improve employee engagement and retention
    • Identify and grow talent pipelines

    Stakeholder Management

    • Collaborate with operations, marketing, and product teams
    • Support branch infrastructure discussions and requirements
    • Align with broader organisational initiatives
