    Senior Manager: Partner & Capital Financial Management

    Core Description    
    Overall accountable for the operations of the Amdocs Partner Relationship Management system (dealer commission billing system). Interpret business requirements and articulate as such to ITS. Ensure reconciliation of all interfaces takes places between different feed systems. Facilitate monthly bill run and quality assurance on statements to dealers. Conducts special studies to analyze complex financial or operational actions and prepares recommendations for policy, procedure, control or action as well as implementing on same. Review and make recommendations on contractual agreements. Accountable for the correct and timeous reconciliation and payment of dealer commissions and incentives. Overall Accountable for business case and capital management within Retail Management, this will include financial feasibility analysis, evaluations or business projects and advises on the optimization of resources and profitability of projects. Identify external and internal financial performance and risks, evaluate likely effect of these risks, introduce control measures, monitor and evaluate success of these measures. Evaluates income statements, operating records and
    financial statements. Recommendations to management regarding cost saving or profit generating opportunities and profitability improvement strategies Responsible for the accounting, administrative and financial functions of specific cost elements in a business unit. Prepares financial reports to support the decision making process. Responsible for strategy and execution of dealer debtors management. Calculation and verification of upfront CPE revenue vs Sales Agreement cost.

    Qualifications    

    • Relevant 3 year degree (NQF level 7). Post graduate degree will be an advantage.

    Experience    

    • 7 Years financial experience, of which at least 2 years Dealer Management and 3 years in business case and/ or capital management. Also at least 2 years leadership experience.

    Special Requirements    

    • Security clearance - integrity assessment
    • Valid driver's license
