Senior Manager: Recoveries and Litigation at Public Investment Corporation

Purpose of the role:

• To design, implement and manage an end-to-end legal recoveries capability for the Corporation and to maximise cost-effective recoveries, supporting the organization’s Investment strategy.

Requirements:

• Post graduate degree or certification such as LLM or equivalent
• At least 8 – 10 years post admission experience in financial industry and/or investments environment of which 3 - 5 years must be in a role with direct reports
• A good understanding of the key areas of the corporation

Duties:

• To oversee and manage Recoveries and Litigation unit
• Provide legal support to the Investment business of the organisation
• To conduct research and provide legal opinions
• To draft, review and negotiate and finalise litigation agreements
• To advise the corporation in Investment litigation
• Good governance, including advice on policies and procedures
• Reporting to various committees
• Lead and Manage Legal Advisor within the unit
