• A company is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Marketing Coordinator to join their team in Pretoria. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced marketing professional to support the Marketing Manager and drive impactful marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with developing and implementing marketing strategies and plans.
• Coordinate and optimise multi-channel marketing campaigns.
• Conduct market research and identify growth opportunities.
• Manage social media, SEO, website content, and digital marketing campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports to measure ROI.
• Manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google, Meta, and LinkedIn.
• Coordinate with internal teams, agencies, vendors, and external partners.
• Manage promotional events and marketing materials.
• Identify innovative opportunities to improve brand visibility and customer engagement.
• Lead, mentor, and support the marketing team in the Marketing Manager’s absence.
• Delegate tasks, monitor progress, and ensure deadlines are met.

Minimum Requirements:

• Relevant qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a senior marketing or marketing coordination role.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media, SEO, branding, and communications.
• Experience managing multi-channel campaigns and paid advertising.
• Strong planning, organisational, communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
