MX Technical Skills

• Good understanding of the post-trade workflows, including the MxML Exchange module, trade-lifecycle, and troubleshooting workflows
• Good understanding and application of XSLT, XSL, MSL, SQL and XMLF formulas to drive business logic
• Good understanding of the confirmation process, including confirmation instructions and how to create SWIFT and PDF confirmations
• Involvement in project work – preferably as a lead involved in concept to implementation phase of back-office
• Good understanding and application of Murex best practices
• Good understanding and application of XSLT, XSL, MSL, SQL and XMLF formulas to drive business logic
• Good understanding of the settlement business process, including settlement instructions, settlement methods and settlement message generation
• Good understanding of the Murex Deliverable module, including deliverable templates, the deliverable data model, and deliverable extensions
• Good understanding of the deliverable management process, including its lifecycle, netting, and netting templates, reversals, and rights on deliverables
• Good understanding of settlement instructions, including setting up Nostro and Vostro settlement instructions, customizations and setting up the settlement instruction screens
• Good understanding of the one-stop processing module, including setting up new queues and rights, as well as classifications, troubleshooting, and setting up additional fields
• Good knowledge of other Murex modules related to Operations, including interfaces, front-office, reporting, global operating model, and the system architecture
• Working knowledge of one programming language
• Murex CICD exposure is an advantage
