Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Deliver infield support for wired and wireless network solutions and associated services.
Perform high-level network troubleshooting and resolve issues relating to Layer 2/3, firewalls, and connectivity.
Respond promptly and professionally to service desk tickets, ensuring timely resolution aligned with SLA agreements.
Monitor and maintain network systems proactively to ensure optimal performance.
Collaborate with the network team to deliver on service commitments and support shared goals.
Provide 24/7 rotational support for technology platforms and customers.
Keep network documentation, diagrams, and inventories updated and accurate.
Maintain and build strong client relationships through consistent and reliable service delivery.
Continuously enhance your technical expertise and share knowledge with colleagues.
Minimum Requirements:
Degree or Diploma in IT.
6 years of network engineering experience.
Strong wireless networking experience and troubleshooting ability.
Solid L2/L3 network troubleshooting skills.
5 years Cisco Firepower, Cisco ASA firewalls experience.
Must have a valid CCNP certification.
Alcatel-Lucent network experience (advantageous).
Working knowledge of SIP/VoIP, Cloud Networking, TCP/IP stack.
