About The Role:
Develop a deep understanding of our rider and driver base, products, services and programs, and drive the growth from supply and demand, with multiple channels and tools.
Contribute to the development of our customer strategy, new products and services
Develop the experimentation and implementation plan for new launches/ roll-outs or continuous engagement with drivers and riders.
Work with cross-functional partners and global teams to project manage the execution of Africa business priorities
Duties and Responsibilities:
This role will report to Country GM
Drive the key business priorities such as: rider and driver acquisition and engagement
Spearhead initiatives to ensure continued improvement of service quality, compliance, safety and minimizing financial fraud.
Optimize existing policies and processes to generate growth and manage business risk
Implementing processes at scale and drive process optimization
Must have the ability and willingness to “roll up sleeves” and get involved with all spheres of operations.
Apply creative problem-solving thinking to drive innovative solutions, while also holding firm to ethical behavior.
Inspire our team to uphold an “always day one, champion’s heart” attitude.
Must have the emotional intelligence to work in a fast-paced environment with a diverse set of partners all over the world.
Key Requirements:
Minimum 8 years' working experience with 2-3 years’ in rider share, food delivery, Strategy Consulting or other professional services with a proven track record in using data to drive business decisions
Strong sense and knowledge of growth, including acquisition, retention, engagement with different channels including paid performance, EDM, CRM and coupons etc.
Demonstrated ability to organize, plan and prioritize assignments within multiple projects
Experience dealing with complex data sets, deriving insights, checking against what you see in the real world and synthesizing recommendations
Distinctive problem-solving - ability to break down ambiguous problems, put structure and use data-driven insights to solve them
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
